Michele M. Honomichl is the Founder, Executive Chairman, and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Celergo, a leading Global Payroll Service Provider managing local, offshore, and expat payrolls in over 110 countries for clients predominantly in the Financial Services, Business Services, Technology, and Oil & Gas industries. As the CSO, Michele’s responsibilities include thought leadership and setting the strategic direction for Celergo’s services, technologies, and market expansion. Michele has presented for the American Payroll Association (APA), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and The Conference Board.

Dafydd Williams, who is based in Australia, is Radius’ Senior Director of Advisory Services responsible for the APAC region. Before joining Radius, Dafydd spent 15 years with PwC and Arthur Andersen in London, Paris, and Sydney working on international mobility solutions for multinational companies and their employees. He has also spent time working with government bodies focused on inward investment and economic development. Fluent in French, Dafydd was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in European Management Science.

Frank J. Mendelson is an Acquisitions Editor for the Global Payroll Management Institute. He has been working with the American Payroll Association since 2009 as an editor for PAYTECH magazine, and has presented workshops at the Annual Congress on effective communication.

Max Miao is General Manager, Greater China, Kronos, where he is responsible for Kronos business operations in mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, and Taiwan.  As general manager, he defines the company’s long-term regional business strategy, as well as oversees ongoing business development and operational activities. Miao has more than 20 years of management experience and, combined with his knowledge of HR management, he supports the integration of Western performance-driven management practices with China’s more humanistic management approach.

Agnieszka Polañska-Kanka is the HR & Payroll Manager at Vistra Poland, where she is responsible for the payroll and HR services in the CEE region, based in Warsaw. Agnieszka has extensive, practical experience in labour law, social security, and personal income tax compliance. Building the payroll and HR departments from scratch since 2005, Agnieszka is now managing a team of over 25 HR and payroll specialists in Poland. She oversees the services provided to clients to ensure they are compliant with the respective legal regulations.
