Gamut Capital Management to Acquire Extreme Reach

Gamut Capital Management (“Gamut”), a New York-based middle market private equity firm, announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Extreme Reach, Inc. (ER), a founder-led global company specializing in the activation of omnichannel marketing campaigns and production payroll and accounting solutions for brands, agencies, and content producers.

Founded in 2008, ER operates in 140 countries and 45 languages, with 100 team members, enabling $150 billion in TV and video ad spend globally, according to the company.

Velocity Global Adds New Chief Product Officer

Velocity Global, provider of global workforce and talent solutions in more than 185 countries, announced it has welcomed Liz Li as Chief Product Officer. Li will lead Velocity Global’s product and design organization where she is responsible for defining the company’s product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with the chief technology officer and the technology team.

According to the company, Li applies in-depth experience in connecting talent with opportunity from nearly 12 years at LinkedIn, where she led the launch of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and acquisition and retention for LinkedIn Premium Subscriptions. She has also previously worked at Accenture and is currently a limited partner with First Row Partners.

Workday Appoints Angelique de Vries to President of EMEA

Workday, Inc., a provider in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, announced further investment and leadership in the Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) market with the appointment of Angelique de Vries to President of EMEA. De Vries will report to Doug Robinson, Co-President at Workday, who oversees the company’s global sales efforts.

In this role, de Vries will lead Workday’s EMEA sales efforts as the company continues to scale rapidly in the EMEA region, according to Workday, with more than 2,000 customers headquartered in Europe and standout international growth in numerous markets, including France, Germany, and the U.K.
