Ramco Systems Appoints Senior Leaders for Global Payroll Business

Ramco Systems has announced the appointment of senior leaders to drive growth for its HR and payroll business. To broaden its Managed Payroll Services Team, Ramco recently appointed Paul Nikhil Prasad as Business Head of Managed Payroll Services and Johnson Louis as Head of Global Payroll Operations.

Prasad brings his expertise of multi-country payroll operations, new client onboarding and implementations, and shared services. According to the company, his capabilities in captive payroll shared services will play a vital role in further cementing Ramco as a technology solutions leader creating value for its customers. 

Louis has more than 18 years of diverse experience with ADP. During his tenure, Johnson was responsible for handling multi-country payroll operations, implementation, customer experience, talent development, change management, and much more. In his new role, according to the company, Johnson will help Ramco provide a next-level experience for its Managed Services customers.

Ceridian Dayforce Implemented by Australian Mining, Infrastructure Solutions Provider

Ceridian, a global provider of HCM technology, announced that Orica Ltd., a global mining and infrastructure solutions provider headquartered in Australia, has chosen Dayforce to engage its workforce, optimize payroll, and help strengthen regulatory compliance.

Orica has more than 12,500 employees across 47 countries, and Dayforce will, according to the company, support the company’s future growth by providing a single system for timely and accurate payroll and helping maintain compliance across multiple geographies at scale.
