She has 18 years of experience in managerial positions within large organizations as well as leading HR and payroll operations and system implementations and integrations. Dottice M. Brown, MBA, CPP, is the Director of Global Payroll Training with Xerox HR Services, where she is responsible for the strategy, development, and delivery of global payroll training for 50-plus countries to non-native Customer Service Agents and Payroll Operations Teams. She formerly worked for Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) and has also served five years in academia as an adjunct college professor.

Katie Davies is a Senior Director, Advisory Services, at Radius. Although Boston-based, Katie oversees Radius’ advisory client engagements across five continents. She is an expert in a wide variety of cross-border issues, including expatriate tax and immigration, HR, direct and indirect tax, and legal-related matters, and provides hands-on client services to many of the firm’s accounts with operations in the USA, Europe, and APAC.

Michele’s responsibilities include thought leadership and setting the strategic direction for Celergo’s services, technologies, and market expansion. Aaron Hurst is Vice President of Global Solutions for Ceridian, where he manages Ceridian’s expansion into new markets and oversees global service delivery strategy and alliances. Aaron joined Ceridian in 2012 as Director of Strategic and Corporate Development, where he focused on executing new business development strategies. Prior to Ceridian, Aaron served as Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy practice.
