(Revised January 3, 2023) PayrollOrg considers the safety of all those onsite at our in-person events as our top priority. As such, we have updated our health and safety policies for all of our in-person events. These policies
may be adjusted in accordance with new guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) or any restrictions implemented by federal, state, or local governments.
Effective January 3, 2023, proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test results are no longer required for attendees, staff, speakers, or exhibitors to gain admittance to in-person programs.
We encourage all those who attend our programs to follow COVID-19 Prevention Actions. For those travelling
long distances, we suggest taking a COVID-19 test before departure.
What to Expect at PayrollOrg In-person Events
- Wearing masks – We encourage attendees to wear masks at in-person events, but masks are not required (except in cases of recent close contact with a person who has tested positive for or is suspected of having COVID-19). If
a federal, state, or local, government institutes a mask requirement in a location where a PayrollOrg event is being held, all attendees will be required to comply with the mask requirement.
Personal Accountability Commitment
By attending a PayrollOrg in-person event, you acknowledge that the following statements are true as of the day of the event.
- You have not tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of the event.
- You are not experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
- If you have had close contact with someone who you suspect has COVID-19 (exhibits symptoms) or who tests positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of the event, you agree to wear a mask. CDC guidelines suggest testing 6 days after the contact. Even if
you test negative, you must wear a mask for the duration of 10 days, which may or may not cover the course of the event.
Our general Event Policies also include an Attendee Liability and Waiver of Claims section with a provision specifically addressing COVID-19. By attending a PayrollOrg in-person event, you also agree to these policies.
