Cardholders Can Access Available Credit With New Fiserv Solution

Fiserv Inc., a global provider of payments and financial services technology solutions, has released FlexLine Advance, a new solution for consumers and small businesses to quickly and affordably access funds from existing credit lines on credit cards through their financial institutions as a way to address economic stress due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to the company, FlexLine Advance from Fiserv is an alternative to traditional small-dollar loans that allows cardholders to access available credit more easily with no additional credit application, adjudication, or origination fees, with funds deposited into their bank account. Small businesses, says the company, can also use this solution to satisfy payroll, rent, utilities, and supplier and insurance obligations.

“In the current COVID-19 environment, many consumers and small businesses are seeking out practical options that allow them to meet ongoing expenses,” said Chad Peck, Vice President of Credit Card Services at Fiserv. “FlexLine Advance ensures nothing is standing in the way of getting funds into the hands of people and firms who need them as quickly as possible.”

WT Partnership Australia Implements Ramco HR, Global Payroll Solution

Ramco Systems, a global enterprise software specialist, announced WT Partnership Australia, an international cost and consultancy firm, has successfully implemented Ramco HR and Global Payroll solution in Phase I to replace its legacy systems for its Australian operations.

Previously, WT Australia’s human resources (HR) and payroll processes such as payroll reporting, compensation planning, HR letters, and more were done manually. This, according to the company, made the processes susceptible to human error, consumed time, and required further verification. Adoption of Ramco’s HR and Global Payroll solution has helped address these points through digital transformation and automation.

Karen Atfield, Organisational Strategy Manager—People & Culture at WT Partnership Australia, said employees have taken a liking to CHIA—Ramco’s multilingual and intelligent chatbot that can handle a range of HR and payroll functions—since day one.

“CHIA is being extensively used for various HR requests such as leave, salary slips, and expense claims in real-time,” Atfield said. “This has significantly enhanced the employee experience, which was WT Australia’s focus. Our employees can now access their personal and work information seamlessly at any given time, resulting in employee productivity and efficiency.”
