Human capital management (HCM) solutions provider ADP announced it has acquired WorkForce Software, a workforce management (WFM) solutions provider.

Global payroll solutions provider CloudPay teamed up with financial and human capital management (HCM) software vendor Workday, Inc. to launch the Global Payroll Connect solution. According to both companies, this new offering will deliver an end-to-end integrated global payroll experience.
