Human capital management (HCM) provider Dayforce announced that New Look, a fashion omnichannel retailer in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, has chosen the company to help provide a modern employee experience, optimize its workforce, and unify its HR and payroll processes for more than 8,500 employees.

Dayforce will provide a mobile-first, self-serve experience. Deel Acquires PaySpace, Expands Operations Globally

Payroll and compliance provider Deel announced the acquisition of cloud-based, native payroll and HR software solution systems company PaySpace. The acquisition adds more than 14,000 customers in 44 countries across Africa and the Middle East to Deel’s portfolio, including brands like Coca-Cola, Heineken, and Puma Sports.

Combined with the 2022 acquisition of PayGroup, Deel now owns entities in more than 100 countries as well as local teams (legal, HR, payroll) and local payroll engines in more than 50 countries across six continents, making Deel the largest employer of record (EOR) worldwide.

Rippling Expands Internationally

Workforce management (WFM) and global payroll platform Rippling continued its international expansion with the opening of its Asia-Pacific (APAC) headquarters in Sydney, Australia. The company plans to invest millions of dollars in its APAC expansion and already has 30 people in its Sydney office, with plans to hire more for its sales, marketing, and product teams.

The APAC expansion follows Rippling’s announcement of its new EU headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, in September 2023. The company also has offices in Bengaluru, London, New York, and San Francisco.
